The ESCAT solar power plant is the result of a successful collaboration between Tryba Energy and the local authority in Bergerac: the Communauté d’Agglomération Bergeracoise (CAB).
Located in the heart of the city of Bergerac, the solar power station has been constructed on the roof of a former French Army commissariat building: the Etablissement Spécialisé du Commissariat de l’Armée de Terre (ESCAT).
Now owned by the CAB, this building has been converted for industrial use and logistics.
The Tryba Energy solar power plant project has enabled the building’s roof structure to be fully renovated: sealing, compliance with fire standards, lighting, reinforcement of the framework. The building has therefore benefited from a renewed ten-year warranty for its sealing. This win-win operation also allows for the production of green carbon-free electrical power of up to 2388 MWh per year.
Whether involved as a pure developer, or as a developer/investor, TRYBA ENERGY is a partner you can trust to bring your solar project to a successful conclusion.
As an IPP (Independent Power Producer), Tryba Energy develops and invests in photovoltaic power plants in emerging markets with significant renewable energy requirements.
TRYBA ENERGY guarantees the long-term operability and performance of your photovoltaic power plants thanks to a dedicated internal operational/maintenance department.
